Eligibility
⚠️  You must be 18 years or older to use FlipX.in

FlipX.in is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are fully eligible to participate.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old as per Indian law to participate in any real-money game on this platform.
  • Indian Residents: This platform is designed for residents of India only. Users from countries where such gaming is restricted should not use this platform.
  • State Restrictions: Residents of states where skill-based online gaming with real money is prohibited — including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, and Telangana — are not eligible to participate.
  • Sound Mind: You must be of sound mental capacity and should not be under the influence of any substance while using this platform.
  • No Fake Identity: You must not use a fake identity or misrepresent your age or location to gain access to the platform.
Important: If we find that an underage user has accessed the platform, their account will be immediately terminated and any deposits may be forfeited as per our policy.

Section 03
Account Registration

To play on FlipX.in, you need to create a personal account. Each user is allowed only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

  • One Account Per Person: You may only create and use one account. Multiple accounts from the same person, device, or IP address are not allowed.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide correct and up-to-date information during registration — including your real name, valid mobile number, and email address.
  • KYC Verification: For withdrawals, you may be required to complete KYC by submitting a valid government-issued ID such as Aadhaar, PAN Card, or Voter ID.
  • Account Security: You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Never share your password with anyone.
  • Account Transfer: Your account is personal and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to any other person under any circumstance.
  • Suspicious Activity: If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately at support@flipx.in.

Section 05
Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on FlipX.in are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Please read these terms carefully before making any deposit or withdrawal request.

  • Deposits: Add money to your FlipX wallet using UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or other supported payment options. Deposits are reflected within a few minutes.
  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₹200. Maximum deposit limits may apply as per our current policy.
  • Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawals can be requested to your verified UPI ID or bank account. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
  • Platform Fee: A small platform fee (displayed during withdrawal) will be deducted from your withdrawal amount. The remaining net amount will be transferred to your UPI/bank.
  • Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours on business days. Delays due to bank or verification issues are not the responsibility of FlipX.in.
  • No Refunds on Deposits: Deposited amounts cannot be refunded once added to the wallet, except in cases of genuine technical errors raised within 48 hours.
  • Fraud Prevention: FlipX.in reserves the right to hold or freeze withdrawal requests if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or policy violations.
Tip: Always double-check your UPI ID or bank details before submitting a withdrawal. FlipX.in is not responsible for transfers made to incorrect payment details provided by the user.

Fair Play Policy

FlipX.in is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all players. We have strict policies in place to ensure that no user can gain an unfair advantage over others.

  • Random Outcome: The winner card in every round is selected through a fair and unbiased random process. No human can alter or influence the outcome.
  • No Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the game outcome, exploit software bugs, or interfere with the platform's systems is strictly forbidden.
  • Equal Opportunity: Every registered user, regardless of bet size or account history, has the same equal opportunity to win based on their card selection.
  • Anti-Collusion: Users must not collude with other players or create multiple fake accounts to gain an unfair advantage. Such behaviour will be penalised with permanent account suspension.
  • Platform Integrity: FlipX.in reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take necessary action, including cancelling bets or suspending accounts.
  • Responsible Gaming: We encourage all users to play responsibly. Set your own budget limits and never bet more than what you can afford to lose.

Prohibited Activities
🚨  Violations may lead to permanent ban & legal action

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FlipX.in. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, and may lead to legal proceedings.

  • Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person to exploit bonuses, referral programs, or game outcomes.
  • Underage Gaming: Accessing or using the platform if you are below 18 years of age, or helping a minor access the platform.
  • Fraud & Chargebacks: Making fraudulent transactions, filing false chargebacks with your bank, or using stolen payment methods.
  • Hacking & Exploits: Using bots, scripts, cheats, or any software tools to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with platform operations.
  • Money Laundering: Using FlipX.in for any form of money laundering, illegal fund transfer, or financial fraud.
  • Abuse & Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or FlipX.in staff members in any way.
  • False Information: Providing fake personal details, forged KYC documents, or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
  • Sharing Credentials: Sharing your account login details with others or allowing others to play on your behalf.
Warning: FlipX.in cooperates with law enforcement agencies. Any illegal activity detected on our platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Section 08
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, FlipX.in and its team members, directors, partners, and service providers shall not be held liable for any of the following:

  • Financial Losses: Any money lost while playing games on the platform. Gaming involves risk and users participate at their own choice and discretion.
  • Technical Downtime: Any loss caused due to server outages, internet connectivity issues, app crashes, or scheduled maintenance.
  • Third-Party Failures: Losses arising from payment gateway failures, bank delays, or UPI service disruptions beyond our control.
  • Unauthorised Access: Any loss caused due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
  • Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the FlipX.in platform.

FlipX.in provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or available without interruption.

Reminder: Please play responsibly. FlipX.in encourages healthy gaming habits and urges all users to set personal spending limits.
Section 09
Account Suspension

FlipX.in reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion. This may happen in the following situations:

  • Violation of any provision listed in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Engaging in any Prohibited Activity as described in Section 07.
  • Providing false, incomplete, or forged information during registration or KYC.
  • Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform in any manner.
  • Suspicious or unusual betting patterns suggesting fraud or collusion.
  • Receiving a request or order from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
  • Account inactivity for an extended period exceeding 12 months, at our discretion.

In the event of a suspension, FlipX.in may choose to freeze the wallet balance pending investigation. If the account is permanently banned due to fraud or illegal activity, the remaining balance may be forfeited without refund.

Appeal Process: If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, write to us at support@flipx.in with your registered details and reason for appeal. We will review it within 7 working days.

Changes to Terms

FlipX.in may update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

  • Notification: We may notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
  • Continued Use: Your continued use of FlipX.in after any changes to the Terms will be treated as your full acceptance of the new Terms.
  • Disagreement: If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact us to close your account.
  • Archived Versions: You may request access to previous versions of the Terms by writing to us at support@flipx.in.
